Cyber Bullying: Ramifications for Ontario Principals

Recently I have posted a few presentations from my Principal’s Qualfication Program, Part 1 course.  This presentation examines the legal ramifications of cyber bullying: student to student, and student to teacher.  The safe schools section of the Education Act in Ontario, Canada is the lens through which certain cases are viewed.  The seminal case, Killion vs. Franklin Regional School District (2001), is then examined to see the limits of a school’s power.
